3 Days walk in Amarela Mountain in the National Park
We will walk on our own in one of the most beautiful and interesting mountain ranges located in Peneda-Gerês National Park.
While wandering through the selected trail we will be able to enjoy the most beautiful landscapes Serra Amarela has to offer. Registering human occupation from the Neolithic onwards, the mountain range shelters a significant heritage. We will discover the small villages fitted in the sides of the mountain. 
In addition to this heritage and closely related to its main activities – agriculture and cattle grazing – we will visit during these days Shepherds Shelter, Summer Villages, Granaries, Threshing-floors and ancient Wolf Traps.
Species like Oak, Holly, Birch and Heather, Gorse, Yellow Broom complete our highlights for this programme.
